COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Auto Strong M-178 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Br products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baker-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Azbil product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Br such as the 5AP9801505K30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80553 manufactured by Baker-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Baker-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MQV002BSRN0000D0 by Manufacturer Azbil as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluf Brand BTL5G11M0225PS32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Autotech-Corp. such as IRSD487 equipment made by Autotech-Corp. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autotech-Corp. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autotech-Corp." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 77A made by Avtron as well as the popular 4PW035E30001 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7AI35470 by Br and IRSD487 spares by Autotech-Corp. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4605586501V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aydin-Controls. |
